The Federal College of Educational (Technical) Bichi would collaborate with Yusuf Maitama Sule University in order to improve teacher education and strengthen relationship in boosting conducive working relationship for excellent academic persuit.
This was disclosed by the provost of the college, Professor Bashir Mohammed Fagge when the Vice Chancellor, Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Professor Muktar Atiku Kurawa paid him a courtesy call at the college recently.
He emphasized that the two institutions would work together towards the establishment of international centre for the studies of out of school phenomenon.
He congratulated Professor Kurawa on his recent appointment as the Vice Chancellor of Yusuf Maitama Sule university which according to him, is an honour well deserved especially at present when the issue of quality education is getting more support in Kano State under the present administration.
In conclusion, Professor Bashir Mohammed Fagge assured that the partnership between Federal College of Education Technical Bichi and Yusuf Maitama Sule University would bring out more academic progress and other research support that are profitable to finding development the the two institutions can be proud of.

In his remarks, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Muktar Atiku Kurawa commended the provost and his lieutenants for receiving him warmly and re-assured that the two institutions would work together as partners in order to improve teacher education and other academic progress especially nowadays that the education sector is receiving special consideration by the Kano State Government' and at the federal level.
