Nigeria’s COVID-19 Update: 94 New Cases, Total 64,184

In Nigeria, on Monday, 94 new cases of Novel CoronaVirus disease (COVID-19) were detected in six states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced on its twitter handle that the following states were infected by the pandemic, namely: Lagos 50, FCT 24, Kwara 9, Edo 4, Kaduna 3, Ondo 2 and Plateau 2.
According to NCDC, as of Monday 9th November 2020 the Federal Republic of Nigeria (FGN) had been infested with a total of 64,184 confirmed cases of COVID-19 since the index case was reported in the country.
Out of the total, 60,069 who tested positive for the worldwide virus had been treated and discharged from the nation’s COVID-19 isolation centres, while the disease had killed 1,158 patients during the period under review.
COVID-19 killed four persons in the country on Monday.
