Hoodlums in Plateau   in their thousands across the length and breadth of Jos North stormed the residence of former state Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) chairman at Tudun Wada Ring Road in Jos North Local Government Area on Sunday to loot electronics gadgets and valuables.

The dimension the looters are taking is creating worries to the All Progressives’ Congress (APC) supporters making them believe that they are identifying and going after APC members, and raiding their homes.

However, the few who were arrested disclosed that they were sponsored and directed to cause mayhem for supporters of APC but they’re yet to mention those behind them.

While speaking with the former NLC Chairman, Comrade Jibrin Bancir, he confirmed the incident to our correspondent that his brother-in-law was having a ceremony and he was attending to it in the afternoon, as he added that they were at the occasion when the neighbors put a call to him that a group of youth have besieged his residence ransacking everything and are carting away electronics, foodstuffs, destroying his properties.

Bancir explained further that security personnel were drafted to the scene and they effected arrest of some of them that looted electronic gadgets where they made a confessional statement saying, “we werere sponsored to come and vandalize and beat you and your family “,
