FG Committed To Alleviating Plight Of Nigerians – Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) has assured of his administration’s commitment in meeting the yearnings, and aspirations of Nigerians regardless of any differences in races, political or sectional inclinations.

Speaking through the Minister for Water Resources and Rural Development, Engineer Suleiman Adamu at Jigawa Government’ House Dutse while on official engagement, stressed that the President is willing to listen and act appropriately in resolving the plights of the generality of Nigerian’s, but will not and ever tolerate any acts of breach of peace and national stability.

Adamu told Governor Badaru that the President solicits his support and political leaders in Jigawa State on the need to dispel rumour mongering tantamount to creating disunity among Nigerians which could hitherto throw the nation into unprecedented chaos.

“My mission to Jigawa State is to convey the president’s message to sue for peace and stability as assigned to us by him, as well as to extend his gratitude on the kind of understanding, support and cooperation given to his administration by the people and government of Jigawa State in promoting peace, unity, and national development” said the minister.

Responding, Governor Badaru Abubakar stated that the people of Jigawa State will ever remain firm in their unalloyed support for President Muhammadu Buhari’s  APC-led administration.

He added that the calm in Jigawa was not unconnected with the fulfillment of campaign promises, but the tremendous various federal projects they benefitted under Baba’s administration.

He also emphasised that the people of Jigawa State are peace loving who always eschew all forms of unwanton violence inimical to the overall peace and development of the nation.
