*deploys 150 armed officers from Oyo State

Oyo State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Corps Commandant Iskilu Akinsanya on Wednesday advised security agents deployed for the Saturday’s governorship election to ensure free ,fair and credible elections devoid of Bribery,Rigging and Hijacking of the Ballot Boxes by Hoodlums .
Commandant Akinsanya gave the charge while addressing the 150 armed NSCDC officers from Oyo State deployed to complement other security personnel drafted for the Edo governorship election.
The Oyo state NSCDC Commandant emphasized that there is the need for the officers from the Oyo Command to be of good conduct ,be ambassador of their homes and exhibit professionalism in discharging their duties during the election.
Commandant Akinsanya emphasized that as a security agent they must ensure free ,fair and credible elections devoid of Bribery,Rigging and Hijacking of the Ballot Boxes by Hoodlums anywhere they were posted.
He charged the Officers to Synergize with all other Security Agencies and protect youth corpers, electoral officer, electoral material , the citizens and government properties.ENDS.
