A group known as Jukun Development Union (JDU) on Friday cautioned Mr Benjamin Bako, the National President, Jukun Development Association (JDAN) over persistent attacks on Gov Darius Ishaku of Taraba State.
Mr Ado Ezra, the chairman of the group expressed the union’s displeasure at a media briefing in Jalingo.
According to him, Bako had continued to write fake and malicious stories against Ishaku for his political gains.
“We want to caution Bako, the self acclaimed Chairman of the JDAN against unwarranted attacks on the person of Gov Ishaku.
“Bako has been in far away Lagos and claim to know happenings in the state more than those of us on ground.
“We urge him to desist from causing division among the Jukun people so that we can collectively work for development of our area,” he said.
