The distribution of palliiatives to vulnerable and orphans in Kaduna State has recorded a success.
Honourable Hussaini Ladan, Coordinator of Presidential Support Committee (PSC) disclosed this at the distributions of palliative to the volunarables and orphans across the state.
He said, the initiative is meant to support the most needy people in the society which he said have been appreciated by target beneficiaries across the state.
According to the state coordinator, President Muhammadu Buhari through the office of the Ministry of Humanitarian led by the Minister, Hajiya Sa’adiyya Umar Faruk has done a very good and helpful gesture to the needy because of the lockdown period as a result of the CoronaVirus pandemic.
Hon. Hussaini Ladan urged people to exercise patience as the third phase of the palliiatives distribution will soon begin.
The palliiatives given to the beneficiaries included rice, beans, groundnut oil, gari, sugar, tomatoes, Semovita, salt among others.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Alhaji Mustapha Musa Kakaki lauded President Muhammadu Buhari for his foresight for appointing Hajiya Sa’adiya Umar Faruk to be the Minister of the Ministry of Humanitarian.
Musa Kakaki also commended the Minister for appointing Honourable Hussaini Ladan as the Kaduna State coordinator which he described as a right choice.
