The management of Adron Homes and Property has donated relief materials and safety kits to officers and men of the Zone 2 Police Command Headquarters, Onikan, Lagos.
The items consist of alcoholic-based hand sanitisers, face masks and some food items.
The chairman/ CEO of the giant real estate company Mr. Adetola Emmanuel King who made the presentation in Lagos at the command headquarter said the items will help to keep the officers save while performing their duties as well as cushion the effects of the world ravaging Corona Virus pandemic.
While receiving the donation on behalf of the Command, the Assistant Inspector General of Police AIG Ahmed Iliyasu described Adetola EmmanuelKing as one in a million Nigerians who appreciate the onerous task of the police as an agency saddled with the statutory responsibility of protecting lives and properties of its citizenry.
In statement by DSP Hauwa Idris-Adamu, the Zonal Public Relations Officer, AIG Iliyasu therefore prayed that God continues to bless and replenish his source.
The AIG, who thanked the Adron Homes and Property GMD on behalf of officers and men of the Command, charged the operatives to adhere strictly to the standard rules of keeping safe by ensuring constant washing of hands with soap, applying hand sanitisers and maintaining physical social distancing.
