COVID-19 Relaxation: NFSC Advices Nigerians On Safety Guidelines

The Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC) has joined its voice to that of . President Muhammadu  Buhari, in advising  Nigerians on several issues like the use of face masks, washing of hands under   running water and the use of sanitizers all the time.

 In a statement signed by the President General, Worldwide, Dr. Rafiu Oladipo, in his Surulere Office, Lagos, he enjoined all Nigerians to embrace the culture of social distancing and also avoid social gathering. 

“‘It is in doing so that we can curtail  the spread of Coronavirus. The disease, COVID-19 pandemic is real as it is been reported across the World showed over 200,000 people to have died all over the world, inclusive of our country, Nigeria,” Oladipo explained.

He praised the efforts of the FG, by putting in place the PTF on COVID-19, under the Secretary to the Federal Government, Boss Mustapha.

Oladipo, also went ahed to thank the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Saanwo-Olu and his team on this same pandemic saying they are also doing a wonderful job in taking care of all involved and not affected at a go. 

Finally, he assured sports loving people and athletes that COVID-19 is for the moment and that very soon it will be over. 

He however, warned them to always adhere to both experts and doctors advice in order to defeat CoronaVirus in totality. 

“As sports will bounce back and live returns to normal, it is beter to stay alive than to end in grave,” Oladipo concluded.
