Wealthy Muslims have again been reminded of the importance of committing their God given wealth in the propagation of Islam.
The former Chief Justice of Kaduna, Justice Taminu Zailani gave the charge at the 10th graduation ceremony of Nurul Qurian Academy, Rigachikun, Kaduna.
He said in view of the lean resources of such institutions, it is incumbent upon Muslims to support them in all ramifications
.Justice Zailani commended the efforts and foresight of the staff and management of the school for their relentless struggle towards impacting quality Islamic knowledge to the pupils.
He appealled for assistance from wealthy individuals towards the expansion of the Nurul Qur’ran Academy, to enhance teaching and learning.
In his remarks, the revered Islamic Scholar, Sheikh Yusuf Sambo Rigachikun extolled the virtues of the founders of the school which he noted have done a lot of sacrifices.
He called on parents to give priority attention to the education of their children at all levels to make them useful in the society.
Sheikh Sambo also implored the parents to always monitor the activities of their children to encourage them become responsible members of the society.
Another Islamic Scholar Ustaz Isa Abubakar Uthman Funtua charged the pupils in the school to face their studies with all seriousness to get the needed results after graduation.
He appealed to wealthy Muslims to support the education of orphans and other less privileged children to make them have a sense of belonging.
