Nasarawa State University, Keffi has expelled a total of 163 students  for offenses ranging from examination malpractice, misconduct and unethical acts.
This was contained in a memo dated 3rd December, 2019, signed by the University’s Chief Security Officer  Habila Ben Otso, and made available to newsmen in Keffi.
The memo directs the affected students to visit the Institution’s security unit for collection of their letters.
Meanwhile many reactions have been trailing the expulsion as many hold a contrary opinion that the action was drastic and uncall for.
New Nigerian Newspapers recalls that the Vice Chancellor of the University had recently inaugurated a committee to check all unethical activities in the institution so as to rid the institution of bad elements.
