Youth Group for better Nigeria (YBN) has called on Nigerian citizens to patronise made in Nigeria items in order to boost the nation’s economy through the use of domestic goods as seen in other developed countries.

In an interview with our correspondent in Kano, the group’s executive chairman, Alhaji Ahmed Adamu Dan Inna, said that using made in Nigerian products would help greatly in restoration of the economy of our nation as a result of the border closure.

He assured that every Nigerian citizen would see great change in the near future.

Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu gave an example of how food items that are grown in Nigeria are being patronised, thus encouraging farmers to grow more to boost their economy and provide food security to the nation with optimum results.

He called on the good people of Nigeria to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s border closure policy for the betterment of our fatherland.

In conclusion, the association commended the Buhari-led administration for restoring the lost glory of Nigeria, and for his efforts to ensure that the country bounces back in every sector despite many challenges.
