The chairman of the Kano North Youth Association for Good Governance, Comrade Mustapha Umar Tallo Gwarzo (Coach) has advised the constituted Ruga committee to recommend Matan Pada as the first place to implement the project.
He made the remarks in an interview with New Nigerian in Kano, adding that establishing a Ruga at Matan Pada grazing reserve will end herder’s movement from one place to another in search of pasture for their livestock as seen in the areas where Ruga Programme was put in use.
Comrade Mustapha Umar Tallo stressed d that Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje is trying his best to ensure that all is well between the herdsmen and farmers.
He commended the constituted 16-man Ruga committee that was inaugurated to serve as an advisory panel to the government in implementing the project across Kano State.
The youth leader assured that Kano State would continue to record tremendous development because the man who is at the helms of the affairs of the state is working without bias despite all the visible and invisible challenges that is facing the global economy.
In conclusion, Mustapha Umar Tallo Gearzo promised to give more contributions towards the progress of Kano through various activities that are related to the youth progress and self-reliance at all levels.
