The communications unit of the Kano Electricity Distribution Company, (KEDCO) has been commended for promoting cordial relationship between the company and consumers for effective services and mutual understanding.
Speaking with our correspondent, most of the customers told New Nigerian that the consumer- company relationship has been renewed with the efforts being made by the communications department of the company under a veteran and competent journalist, Malam Ibrahim Sani Shawai and his lieutenants.
Malam Ya’u Umar of Bachirawa quarters said that ” there is a good understanding between electricity consumers and the KEDCO management.
“While we are happy to announce that the company is gradually changing the face of it’s services that favour both the domestic and industrial demands as seen”. He emphasized.
Similarly, Alhaji Musa Sani Dan Rimi, a traditional ruler said that the communications department is bridging the gab between KEDCO and consumers that is why everybody is always aware of what is happening, where he called on the customers to pay their bills regularly for continued services.
When contacted for comments, the company’s head of communications Malam Ibrahim Sani Shawai announced that Kano KEDCO is working seriously to satisfy it’s teaming customers because power supply is one of the factor influencing rapid growth and development, assuring that the customers company relationship would continue.
The head of communications thanked the consumers for their mutual understandings and commended the leadership of the company for their zeal and determinations in keeping the promise on accurate electricity supply at all the nook and crannies of the company’s domains.
