As Nigeria votes, the Secretary General of the Federation, Boss Mustafa has noted with concern that the size of the ballot paper is too big and bogus.
Mustafa, who made the observation after casting his vote at his Gwadabawa ward polling unit 009, promised to bring up the issue at a meeting, to see what can be done.
“The ballot paper is so big and bogus, as I leave this place, we will sit down at a meeting to see what is to be done”, he stated.
The SGF who was impressed with the turn out urged those still at home to come out and cast their votes.
” People are out in multitude, they are patient, they are orderly, they are eager to exercise their civic responsibility,” he stated.
He also urged the social media handlers to be more responsible in their reportage so as not to cause unnecessary tension.
Mustafa explained that election is a contest in which there must be a winner and a loser, urging all candidates to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship and accept whatever the outcome may be in good faith.
“This is not the first time we are having election in the country, whomsoever losses should accept his defeat like former President Goodluck Jonathan did after he lost the 2015 elections to Muhammadu Buhari”.
