Governor Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai of Kaduna State on Monday approved the appointment of new heads for Kaduna State Pension Bureau and the Kaduna State Contributory Health Management Authority.
The Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the state Governor, Samuel Aruwan disclosed this in a signed statement that, Elizabeth Ndonah is the new Executive Secretary of the Pension Bureau.
The statement said, she graduated in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1984 before picking an MBA from the Nigeria Airways Pension and was most recently head of the training in the Local Government Service Commission
Aliyu Saidu is the pioneer DG of the Contributory Health Management Authority.
He has a first degree in Informatics, both from the university of Leeds. Aliyu has worked as an IT support officer for the National Health Service in the United kingdom, and has had a brief spell with the National Identity Management Commission, the statement said.
