The Director UMRABS School, Zaria, Dr. Isa Sa’idu has reiterated their commitment towards maintaining the guiding principles that establish the school for over a decade.
He stated this at the school’s 14th Speech and price giving day / 10th graduation ceremony held at Sheikh Dalhat Assafy Juma’at Mosque, Tudun Jukun, Zaria.
Dr. Isa Sa’idu said, one of their principles that made the school proud among others is, their ability to fight exams malpractices in any form.
According to him, all the students that pass through UMRABS are doing excellently well in various tertiary institution which he attributed to the solid foundation they enjoy particularly in the area of academic and discipline.
The Director appealed to government to create an avenue for assisting either the students of the private schools or the school itself because the pupils and students are indigenes of the state.
He also advised government to intensify constant supervision in all the public schools with the aimed of improving the educational standard as there are many talented boys in public schools.
In his remarks, the special adviser on security and commander operations Yaki to Kaduna State Government Hon. Yakubu Yusuf Soja called on parents and the community to assist the school and their children to maintain the already existing standard and quality of graduates they are producing.
He said, parents should also watch their children on how they go about their activities as well the friends they are associating around with them to avoid them from joining the social vices groups.
Hon. Yakubu Soja expressed his appreciation with the level of the students display and exhibition of highly educative presentation on the current issues that is affecting national unity.
