Not Sending Your Children To School In Kaduna State A Criminal Offence – Bantex

Kaduna State Deputy Governor, Architect Barnabas Bala Bantex on Friday stated that  Kaduna State it has criminalized not enrolling children of school age in  the state.

Architect Barnabas Bala Bantex  received a delegation from UNICEF Nigeria, UBEC and Sultan Foundation for Peace and Development at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House in Kaduna.

Bantex said,  in addition to many other measures taken to provide education to children in  the state, Kaduna State Government has taken adequate measures to provide quality education by employing qualify teachers to educate the future leaders.

The trio-organizations seek to partner with  Kaduna State Government to tackle “out of school children” syndrome in Northern Region.

They have choose to partner with Kaduna state to host a Conference towards mitigating the menace of out of School as Kaduna has demonstrated enough commitment to fix education to better the lives of its citizens.

In a remarks, the leader of the delegation led by His Royal Highness the Emir of Argungun, Alhaji Smaila Muhammad representing His Eminence the Sultan of Sokoto and the Shehu of Borno,  noted that Kaduna state is the only state in the north that dedicate largest part of its budget to Education.

He commended the State Government led by Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai for  dedicating the largest part of its budget on education that give hope for the upcoming children in the state.
