Hold Govt accountable for good governance – Acting President Osinbajo

Nigerian Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has urged religious leaders to hold government accountable to ensure that Nigerian people reap the dividends of democracy.
Osinbajo, who gave the charge at the Anglican Standing Committee Meeting in Kubwa, Abuja, said they must insist on honest leadership with integrity.
He explained that the Christian faith has contributed immensely to the growth and development of the country, urging them not to relent in their efforts in complementing the government.
Osinbajo maintained that the federal government is determined to bring a much awaited desired change from the rotten past.
On job creation, the acting President assured Nigerians that direct jobs would be created for youths to curb the alarming rate of unemployment in the country.
“For the first time in the history of the budget in Nigeria, a sum of N5billion had been earmarked for social protection of the young people” he added
