Demolition: Kofar Kibo Community appeals to KDSG

The communities of Kofar Kibo and environs in Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State has expressed hope on the present administration in the State to ensure they enjoy the dividend of democracy by listening to their plight over the demolition exercise going on in the State.
The Spokesman of the communities, Alhaji Muhammed Ibrahim Usman said the democracy at hand and the law of the land which directs the state to ensure the provision of suitable and adequate shelter for all citizens provides them with hope.
According to him, the good governance tenet of any government from both religious and democratic perspectives is humanity first, then any other social structures.
Usman noted with concern that presently, there are many dilapidated facilities in Alhudahuda College that need urgent attention before embarking on other project that would sack them out of their present abodes.
He said, the College Management Board was left with the responsibility of deciding the best option on the matter in one of its meetings.
The Spokesperson expressed hope that Kaduna State Government will listen to their cries and resolve the matter amicably.
