A Chief Magistrate Court sitting at Chediya G.R.A Zaria presided over by Chief Magistrate Auwal Musa has adjourned the case of defamations of character and theft against Alhaji Abubakar Iliyasu (Bright) to 29th November, 2016 in a case file by the Commissioner of Police for the definite hearing.
The adjournment came as a result of the complain file by the defence counsel Barrister Mohammed of not feeling fine.
The state senior counsel led by Barrister A. A. Akus accepted the reason considering his state of health and a colleague on the bench.
Chief Magistrate Awwal Musa accepted the date and adjourned for the definite hearing.
