“It’ s true we did not come to Russia with our trumpets, drums and other instruments in keeping with the directives of FIFA and Russian Government but we have provided special instruments and learn new songs that will be rendered as the games are going on,” Oladipo concluded.

The first batch of members of Nigeria Football Supporters Club arrived Moscow in the early hours of Wednesday ahead of the 2018 World Cup kicking off on the 14th of this month.
The team comprising more than 100 members traveled to Russia Monday aboard Egypt Air, Qatar Airline and Emirates Airline with the second and third batches expected to touch down in Moscow tomorrow.
The group which was led by Deputy Commissioner of Police Special Enquiry Bureau, Alagbon Close, Lagos. Olukayode Samuel assisted by Chairman Ibadan South West Local Government, Gbenga Opaleye and Elder Kayode Alabi.
The 300 members expected in Russia will be there to compliment the efforts of other Nigerians from the Diaspora who will be storming Russia to cheer the Eagles to victory at the Mundial.
Meanwhile President General of the Club Dr. Rafiu Oladipo said the large contingents of his members is necessary to make the national team feel at home in Russia and win their matches.
He stated that although they did not travel with their drums and trumpets but they have special song and instruments which will be used to spur the team to victory.
“I’ m happy that we are finally in Russia and by the time the last batch arrives tomorrow, we will be having about three hundred of our supporters on ground in Russia to cheer the Eagles to victory.
