School Proprietor Petitions NJC Over Delta CJ’s Alleged Unethical Conduct

The Proprietor of Explosive Academy in Erho-Abraka,Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State,Mr. Ighorhiowhunu Aghogho has petitioned the National Judicial Council (NJC) over the alleged unethical and unprofessional conducts of the Delta State Chief Judge, Justice Marshal Mukoro in the administration of the State’s Judiciary.
This is contained in an affidavit before the Federal High Court by the Chief petitioner, Ighorhiowhunu Aghogho and which same was made available to newsmen in Warri.
Aghogho also tendered proof of courier service of his petition to the NJC citing reasons for his petition.
The reasons he gave to the NJC is the Constitution of illegal courts without the jurisdiction to hear children matters since his assumption of office till date and the unlawful recruitment of child traffickers/thieves and predators who are not known to law and perpetuate human trafficking with the machinery of the Delta State.
In the petition,Aghogho claimed that,”The Delta State Chief Judge,Justice Marshal Mukoro is deliberately frustrating the protection of children in Delta State.
“The Delta State Judiciary under the leadership of Justice Marshal Mukoro,the Chief Judge of Delta State has been recruiting child traffickers/thieves to perpetuate human trafficking in Delta State.
Aghogho claimed he confronted the Chief Judge via a letter dated 22/2/2018 requesting for transfer of the following cases to Wit: Ighorhiowhunu Aghogho &1 ORS Vs Inspector General of Police &1ORS Suit Number:HCA/8F/2018 holden at the High Court of Justice,Agbarho  and Ighorhiowhunu Aghogho&60 ORS Vs Faith Yalegha & 6 ORS Suit Number.
Efforts to reach the CJ on the matter were unsuccessful as virtually all the persons met by Our Correspondent could not provide him his (CK) phone number
