Bingham University Teaching Hospital (BHUTH) owned by the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) has appointed a new Chief Medical Director (CMD) in the person of Professor Edwin E. Eseigbe.
Eseigbe, a professor of Paediatrics until his appointment was the Head, department of paediatrics, Benue State University and in the Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi.
A statement issued by Barrister Nuhu Asama who also got appointed as the new director of Administration of the private University and who until his appointed was an Assistant director of Administration and Head of Department, Domestic Services Jos University Teaching Hospital said, the new CMD is a graduate of University of Benin and a fellow of the West Africa College of Physician (FWACP).
Professor Eseigbe is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) while Barrister Asama is a member of the International Association of Hospital Administrators (IAHA) and the Institute of Health. Service Administrators of Nigeria (IHSAN) the statement added.
