Parents have been charged to follow and monitor the type of education their children are receiving in either Islamic or the western education.
A Zaria based Legal Practitioner, Musa Aliyu Mai Yasin who gave the charge at the Madarasatul Tahafizul Kur’an lish Sharriff Danlimi Mai Kwano, Muciya graduating ceremony on Sunday.
He said many parents send their children to Malams to seek knowledge wrongly with the hope of getting the right knowledge of Qur’an Islamic teaching.
Barrister Musa Mai Yasin also appealed to Muslim Community to support and give out donation in the fulfilled way of giving the right education and moral upbringing to children.
Also speaking, Sheikh Makari Sa’eed warned parents on the danger of giving out children to some one who nobody knows his character or even knows his Religious ideology.
Sheikh Makari warned that children have the right to sound education along side moral teachings.
He commended Sheikh Shariff Danlami for the courage to have set up and maintain the school single handedly.
In his address, the proprietor of the school, Sheikh Shariff Danlami called on the wealthy people to come and give their support in moving the school forward.
Sheikh Danlami called on governments to take time in tacking issues of Almajirai and warned to reach the right tsangaya instead of reaching the wrong people.
He also called on the three tiers of government to come to the aids of schools ran by the individuals in order to enable them to meet the challenges.
The proprietor said, he started with 72 students but presently he has 1,373 students, which he said is a very good development.
