Ife South Youth Coalition has put its weight behind electing Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the next governor of Osun State and are also calling on the people of the areas the re-run election will take place to do same to help vote out the inhuman administration of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

This was contained in a press release signed by the Convener of the coalition Oluwayemi Oluwasogo Ezekiel and made available to journalists on Wednesday.

He said freedom and liberation had finally come to the state with the election of the PDP and that even with the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) decision to call the previous election inconclusive the people shouldn’t be deterred because the will of God will always come to pass.

Ezekiel added that, “everyone knows that what happened in Osun state was the evil plan of the APC government and INEC and that Adeleke won the election. We know who we voted for and that some INEC officials confessed that they received orders to destroy valid votes in these places. But, we are not afraid because the re-run election is a done deal for Senator Adeleke the chosen man of God.

According to him, ” this is a conspiracy against the PDP and a deliberate plot of the APC and INEC to thwart the people’s will and an assault on the aspiration of the people of Osun state.”

Ezekiel urged the people to fight the inhuman rulership of the APC by voting out the party in the re-run election.

“Why should ours be different? What do we call what happened in the Lokoja bye-election? Some people are just out to delay what God has said will happen,” he added.
Ezekiel said the people have already rejected the APC and are only awaiting the inauguration of Adeleke of the PDP which will bring development and hope to the state.

“We were hoping the judiciary would have explained the implications of the magic performed by INEC to the APC, yet they remained silent. What kind of government do we have in this country,” he queried.
