The interim Management Committee (IMC) Chairman of Kudan Local Government Area, Kaduna State, Alhaji Dauda Iliyan Abba has awarded contract for the construction of ten road network project across ten political wards to the sum of Twenty Four Million. Naira (N24,000,000).
In the same vein, the local government chair has presented three Million Naira (N3,000,000) each to worship places, indegenes students of institutions of higher learning, youth and women from the local government area
The roads to be constructed include, Tashar Kade-Garu, Tashar Kade- Marku, Marabar Gwanda, Unguwan Shehe and Hawan Mai Mashi- Likoror road. Others are, Kano byepass- Unguwan. Tumi, Zaiti, Kudan township road Taban Sani township road, Bagadi- Kada- Kadu and Kyaudai layout.
The chairman said, the road construction project is spread across the local government for. Equity and fairness in the distribution of social amenities to people at the grassroots.
He solicited for support and cooperation of traditional rulers and benefiting communities.
He solicited for support from all and sundry for the present government under the able leadership of Governor Nasir el-Rufai towards the delivery of dividends of democracy.
Responding onbehalf of the beneficiaries, the leader of Kudan local government indegenes students of Kaduna State University (KASU) Sani Aliyu Haruna commended the chairman for the gesture and assured that the funds will be. Judiciously utilized.
