IHNR confers golden award on PTI director

The Institute of Human and Natural Resources (IHNR), Garki, Abuja recently conferred an award of golden Icon of the Human and Natural Resources (CHNR) on Charles Ikedikwa Soeze, Assistant Director (Administration)/Head, Academic and Physical Planning (A&PP) of the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria.
Presenting the award to Soeze at the Conference Room of the Federal Secretariat Asaba, capital of Delta State, the Registrar of the Institute, Prof. Joseph Charles Iorhimber said the Golden Icon was as a result of Soeze’s excellence in professionalism. He stated further that the award qualifies Soeze to insert “CHNR” that is “Icon of Human and Natural Resources” after his name having satisfied the National Order-in-council’s requirements.
Receiving the award, Charles Ikedikwa Soeze, a mass communication scholar from first degree to doctoral level thanked the council and members of IHNR for considering him worthy for the award. He promised to continue with the same spirit and dedication for further recognition.
Part of activities marking the ceremony was the delivery of a lecture titled “Reaching Personal Corporate and Governing Milestone”.
Similarly, the Delta State University Alumni Association (DELSUAA) Warri Chapter at its end of year party recently also presented a Meritorious Service Award (MSA) to Soeze for always giving DELSUAA Warri Chapter and DELSUAA Worldwide publicity based on his incisive report. He was also honoured by the Ubulu-Uku Development Union (UDU, his community in Lagos) with a distinguished humanitarian service award in recognition of his passion for service and humanity to Ubulu-Uku and the larger society.
