The initial programmes scheduled by the Management of Go Round FC to honour some friendly matches ahead the new football season have changed completely due to the recent developments in the keague.
According to the information at New Nigerian Sports’ disposal by the Media officer, China Acheru, honouring their Pre-season friendly games against Enugu Rangers, FC Ifeanyi Ubah and Abia Warriors, earlier scheduled to hold within the next week will no longer hold.
‘This is as a result of the Nigeria National League, NNL statement on Tuesday fixing the Super 4 in Lagos for January 7- 9, 2017″.
‘After the team departed on break for Christmas, the plan was to return to camp on January 2, play games away to Rangers and FC Ifeanyi Ubah then end with Abia Warriors at home before departing to Bauchi for the game against Wikki Tourist”. He explained
The team will now depart to Lagos on Saturday for the tournament that will now serve as their preparations for the League opener in Bauchi.
