Dino Sporting Club Holds Open Screening In Lagos

Arrangements  have been concluded by the  management of Dino Sporting  Club to stage an open screening for thousands of young and talented stars at the Legacy Pitch of the National Stadium, Lagos from January 15 and 18, 2018.
Disclosing  to New Nigerian Sports, the CEO of Dino Sporting  Club, Samuel  Omamofe Columbus said that players discovered at the end shall be trained by professional football clubs in Europe and Nigerian teams would be screened by trained coaches and scouts from different parts of the world.
‘Also looking for quality players aged between 15 and 20 years who would be further trained in their Abeokuta training camp before exposure to clubs in Europe”.
“It’s going to be our first open screening in Lagos and it’s bound to be a big one. Our scouts from Europe and other parts of the world will be arriving soon and our target is to get many talented and disciplined players to take abroad as well as service top Nigerian clubs and age grade national teams,” declared the light skinned Columbus, who is working in tandem with several FIFA  licensed players’ agent and scouts.
Speaking further, Columbus revealed that they expect players from all parts of the country as their mission is to get future creative payers like Austin Jay-Jay Okocha and Knau Nwankwo and amongst others.
“You know we’re doing this in Lagos, the City of Excellence. So we must get the best out of this programme, January 15-18. We’ll not compromise on skills, dedication and discipline. The best selected from the hunt would be in our Abeokuta Camp before taking them abroad. Our scouts and agents are ready,” he said.
Columbus whose Dino Sporting Club head office is at Elegant Court, Mobile Road, Ajah, Lagos said the actual date of the open screening at the Legacy Pitch, National Stadium, Lagos remains January 15 to 18, 2018.
