Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai of Kaduna state, on Thursday paid a condolence visit to the Emir of Katagum, Alhaji Baba Umar Katagum over the loss of his father.
The late Emir, Alhaji Kabir Umar and also the late Waziri, Alhaji Sule Katagum died early this week.
He prayed Allah SWT rest their souls.
