The College of Permanent Secretaries in Cross River State, has congratulated the state governor, Senator Ben Ayade, on his re-election for second term in office.
A press statement signed by Head of Service, Barrister Ekpenyong Henshaw ,on behalf of the College described Ayade’s victory as resounding and well deserved.
“Your superlative, resounding and well deserved victory was a reflection of the people’s confidence in your developmental strides which have re- defined the political economy of Cross River state, the College said”.
It also quoted the College as lauding the governor’s industrialization and welfarist efforts in his first term.
“Within your first term, your industrialization drive and welfare of the citizens were exceptional for the entire workforce, your re-election is a reflection of their wishes and aspirations,considering the high premium you have consistently placed on payment of salaries in spite of challenging fiscal environment , the College added “.
While pledging their unalloyed and rouboust administrative support “for the effective service to our people”, the College expressed optimism that Ayade’s second coming will lead to consolidation of his key signature projects conceived to grow the economy of Cross River.
