ABU staff alleged criminal abduction; Hearing continues in Zaria Court

The Chief Magistrate Court sitting at Kings Road, Sabon Gari, Zaria on Monday continued hearing the case of criminal accusations against one Miss Joy Enobong-Akpan for allegedly accusing five staff of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) of criminal conspiracy and abduction.
Enobong-Akpan (defendant), a staff of Kashim Ibrahim Library (KIL), ABU, allegedly accused the staff (plaintiff) of the institution of abducting her biological daughter.
Our correspondent in Zaria reports that the complainants filed a direct complain under section; 391, 392, 393, 397 and 399 penal code before the Chief Magistrate Court.
The complainants included; Muhammad Gimba-Alfa, Rev. J. F. Buka, Lawal Yakubu, Mohammed Yunusa and Haruna Muhammad.
Two of the witness Muhammed Gimba Alfa and Haruna Mohammed have testified before the court.
The presiding Judge, Benjamin Hassan affirmed the earlier bail granted to the accused person Miss Joy Enobong Akpan.
The case had been adjourned to April 25th 2016 for continuation of the hearings from the remaining witnesses.
