Stakeholders in Rigasa Community of Kaduna Central have lambasted Senator Shehu Sani for “disappearing, since the end of 2015 elections after we have voted massively for him”.
Rising from a meeting of community and opinion leaders, the spokesperson of the group, Hajiya Fatima Zubair said some stakeholders, after extensive deliberations on the performance of President Muhammad Buhari, Governor Nasir Elrufai and their representatives at the National Assembly, they have resolved to dump “inefficient and ineffective people that we voted in 2019”. She told newsmen shortly after the end of the stakeholders meeting in Rigasa that stakeholders have hailed the “anti-corruption war of President Muhammad Buhari and the legendary and revolutionary reforms of Governor Nasir Elrufai”.
The youth leader among the stakeholders of the meeting also said “preparations are already in top gear to replace a failed Senator Shehu Sani with Governor El-Rufai’s Special Adviser on Political Affairs and Intergovernmental Relations – Malam Uba Sani”.
He explained that “the growing popularity and acceptability of Elrufai’s Special Adviser on Political Affairs is a clear testimony that Senator Shehu Sani has squandered his political goodwill for over two years and has therefore lost relevance”.
The meeting was attended by coalition of civil society groups, community, religious and opinion leaders within Rigasa community and environs as well as APC youths, women and girls in the area.
